Mr. Myers completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Berkeley where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1978. He then attended the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings) where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree 1982.
Mr. Myers was a partner with the firm Donahue & Callaham, LLP, and thereafter became a partner with Donahue Davies, LLP. His practice includes all aspects of civil litigation (auto and general liability), and he has tried many lawsuits on behalf of his clients. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. Myers is admitted to practice before all of courts of the State of California, including the California Courts of Appeal. His practice also includes the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts.
